Addiction Recovery Meetings
Mountain View Seminary
1245 N Lindsay Rd, Mesa
Addiction Recovery Program (ARP) local meetings are held every Thursday evening. If you or a loved one is challenged and in need of the Savior’s love, the ARP is where you can find Christian based spiritual and emotional help. You can also find additional support groups around the valley by clicking HERE for times, and locations.

Mental and Emotional Well-Being
Church sponsored emotional resilience classes focus on practical tips and Finding Strength in the Lord. These classes are often held at the ward level, or can be adapted for families and individuals to use. Check with a ward leader to learn about classes in your congregation. Curriculum for the classes can also be found here.
At a leadership session of stake conference in April, Dr. David Patchett of the Groves Ward, shared information and practical ways to strengthen mental and emotional well-being. Click here to see the presentation.


Seminary
Religion classes are held daily for high school students at a Seminary building near high schools in the community.
The seminary building for Mountain View High School is 1245 N Lindsay Rd Mesa, on Lindsay north of Brown.
Institute of Religion
Accredited religious classes by Brigham Young University (BYU) for college students, taught locally and in person.

Young Single Adult (YSA) Congregations Near You
YSA’s (18-35 yrs) re encouraged to attend a congregation that fits their needs – whether it be a YSA or traditional family ward.
The purpose of YSA programs are to provide opportunity for those singles between the age of 18 and 31 to serve, teach and lead.

A New Leaf’s MesaCAN provides rent and utility assistance to low-income Mesa residents, helping to avoid homelessness simply due to temporary circumstances.
